Tiffany graduated from Hood College in Frederick, MD with a Bachelor degree in Communication Arts, and a Master Degree in Human Sciences with a Certification in Thanatology. After 13 years in Higher Education Enrollment Management and then 5 years in Corporate Account Management, Tiffany decided to switch careers to the financial industry to acquire the thriving Property & Casualty Division from Premier Financial Group, Inc. with her husband, David Grant.

Tiffany grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she and her family live today. She and her husband, David, have two beautiful daughters. She cares deeply for family, children and community. Her guilty pleasures include binge-watching reality shows and organization in all forms.
